Wildflowers & Whimsy: Be veeeerwy quiet ~ We're hunting pasta.....and other things we've been up to

So I am a HUGE summer lover! We've been spending so much time outside lately. I just love being outside in the heat. I love the feeling at the end of the day when you are just absolutely exhausted from the heat...in a good way... I love the feeling of the sun on my skin. I love when you think you simply can't stand one more second of the heat and this amazing breeze kicks up just long enough to cool you down. The family and I have really been enjoying the summertime...

now here's where they are "hunting pasta" see we had a possum in our yard that was injured and he/she was trying to get under our house... so my hubby(he was working at the time) told me to get the pellet gun and try to scare it away from the house....so when I come back in, Ian has his toy gun and Sophie has her iron...yes her iron...what she gonna do with that against a rabid possum I dunno...I know I'm not gettin' that close to that mean sucker! lol Maybe, she's gonna throw it at him...Anyhow, yeah, they said the were hunting for the pasta...they hunted pasta all day...it's been a week and despite being told it's a possum multiple times, they still call it a pasta...lol
