Kayla Bubble Dress

Just finished this Kayla Bubble Dress from Izzy & Ivy, and I love it!  Sophie was super excited about it too.  She, as usual, had a special dance to go with this dress, and it goes "Jump, shake, clap"!   It was too funny!  Sorry the pics are a little blurry, but it was drizzling, so we were in a hurry!

She was being so silly for this photo shoot!  She really enjoyed it!

"You lookin' at me?!?"

This pic makes me laugh.  She looks like she ready to fight!  Maybe, I shouldn't watch so much Jerseylicious....

The fabric is Sugar and Spice by Riley BlakeYou might recognize the fabric I used for the ties and straps from the Monique dress I made a couple weeks ago.  I really love this fabric.  It's from the City Weekend line by Liesl Gibson.  The color is just amazing!

Doing her dance again!

The only thing I wish I had changed was I wish I had made the straps shorter...I still may do it when I get it back from the fabric shop.

I have been wanting to make this dress for almost a year now, and I am so glad to finally have it done!

What do ya' think?
